My Story

Working my way from the ‘shop floor’ to a senior RAF position was one of my proudest achievements.  My military career was defined by great experiences, brilliant people and wonderful opportunities.

But the desire for a greater work life balance grew.

I felt the need to do something different, find fresh perspectives and pursue new challenges.

Having always thrived on helping others push boundaries and pursue personal goals, coaching was my perfect fit.

I now love to help other successful professionals find the courage to live the life they really want.

My Commitment

I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential coaching space to explore any aspect of your life affecting your ability to move towards your life goals.

I will be sensitive and supportive in handling new insights throughout your journey.

But I will also challenge you (respectfully of course), your assumptions and beliefs to unblock the issue.

I will encourage you create accountability and celebrate success.  If you dislike goals and progress then I’m not the coach for you.
